"Ordered the award winning cheese platter, scallops and iberico pork dishes! I’ll start with the amazing, the iberico pork was soooooo tasty and perfectly done. Flavours are insane and a gastronomical beauty. Scallops were average, wish there was a bit more garlic flavours as it was still rather one dimensional. I did not quite enjoy the cheese platter but perhaps it’s because i do not appreciate the strong flavours of cheese. Maybe that’s why i didn’t give it the award too!"

"We were on the road between Doñana and Sevilla and came across this restaurant. We absolutely loved the interior, such exquisit renovation and good taste! Service was on point and food was delicious. We had the zamburiñas, the solomillo with caramelized foie and the arroz crujiente con rabo de toro. Everything was cooked to perfection. Thanks to all the staff!"

"The restaurant is trying to keep high standards, just small things have to be improved. The customer is still a customer until he leaves, not until he has paid. Not everyone loves raw meat or fish."

"Great little restaurant in Carmona worth stopping in. Fairly high prices but huge portions (see my nearly 5in diameter salmon tartare)"

"The food was good - especially zamburiñas (queen scallops). However I don’t recommend ordering partridge as it was nothing special to say the least… For desert we ordered Tarta Árabe and torrijas and both were amazing! We had lunch here on Sunday and all the tables inside were booked so we had to sit at the terrace. Now maybe not a very important thing but… to use the toilet you have to kind of go around the building and use the main entrance which is a bit awkward."

"We just stopped off in Carmona to break the drive and because we made a habit of short detours to small towns we’ve never heard of. This was a delight, we were seated outside (didn’t realise the main entrance was in front). The spinach croquettes were delicious. The anchoas on toast were perfectly supported. Perfecto!"
